Peachy

I love peaches. Pretty much any way, shape, or form, as long as the fuzzy skin is long gone. Tonight, I made waffles with peaches on top. It was pretty darn wonderful. I thought that I should take a picture to put on here because it was so pretty, but by the time I thought of it, I looked down and saw only leftover crumbs. Whoops!

It's so easy. I pay a little (or a lot) extra to get frozen peaches, stick them in a pan with a little water and a dusting of brown sugar, and let them cook. They turn out sweetly perfect. Pair it with a GF waffle on my new GF-dedicated waffle iron, and we're golden.

Peaches are so yummy in smoothies, yogurt, ice cream, or cobbler if I'm feeling really ambitious. I haven't tried a GF version of that yet...

Ok, enough about peaches. I adore them, that's all.
