Double Chin

I look like I'm fat from the neck up, with a really horrible double chin. At least on the left side. My lymph nodes are incredibly swollen and painful. It's pretty freaky looking. I went to the urgent care last night and it was a pretty typical visit- in other words, I walked out with a prescription for a Z-Pack and some Motrin... Not really sure what bacteria we're treating here, except that it isn't strep throat. So anyway, I'm hoping that my neck/chins get back to normal soon. That's all.
